Nothing here arrives in a box. SPAWNPORT GAME STATION sells on-site pod time in Adelaide, so "delivery" only ever means how your booking confirmation and any prepaid pass reach your inbox — all digital, all instant, no courier in orbit.

No physical shipping

We do not sell, post or ship hardware, discs, merch or any physical goods, so there is no courier, no tracking number, no delivery address and no shipping fee — anywhere on this site. What you buy is access to a pod, redeemed in person on the floor at 50 Rundle Mall. If a page anywhere seems to ask for a postal address, it does not apply to us; a booking never needs one.

How your booking reaches you

Send the booking form on the home page and we email a confirmation to the address you gave, listing your room, date and block. That email is your "delivery" — it usually lands within a few minutes. If nothing shows up, check your spam or junk folder first, then email the crew and we will resend it. The pod itself is waiting for you on the deck when you arrive.

Prepaid passes

A prepaid bundle of hours is issued as a code tied to your name and email, sent by email right after purchase — again, instantly and digitally. There is no card in the post. Quote the code at the desk and the crew loads the hours onto your session. Because it lives in your inbox, a pass cannot be lost in transit the way a parcel can.

Serving Adelaide and beyond

The port is a place, not a warehouse — you play here, in Adelaide. That means there is no local-versus-interstate shipping split, no regional delivery window and no international postage: wherever you are booking from, the confirmation email arrives the same way, and the pod is docked here on Rundle Mall whenever you are.

If something goes missing

No confirmation, or a code that will not load at the desk? Email [email protected] and we fix it on the spot. Because everything is digital, there is nothing to re-post and nothing to chase down a courier for — we simply resend the email or correct the record and you are back on the manifest.
